Racine Lutheran Football has been making a name for itself as the best team in Racine since 2017 with a 50-10 record, 6 straight WIAA playoff appearances, and numerous youth league Superbowl victories. Our experienced coaches train our teams to reach the top, maintain sportsmanlike conduct on and off the field, and always have a good time.  Academically, no football school in Racine compares. 

$200 Registration includes football pants, shoulder pads and helmet. In addition, your athlete receives a  jersey you get to keep!

For grades 1-4, Crusader Football will continue to be played through RYS.

  • Strive to have one of the most successful and fun youth football programs in the area. 

  • Provide Racine Lutheran High School with players that are fundamentally sound, aggressive, and football smart. 

  • We are one program from 1st grade to 12th grade - "Unity!"


  • Our 1st through 4th grade teams (SEYFA) will be fundamentally sound, young football players.

  • ​Players will learn the basics of how to block, tackle, and run - and learn them very well. 

  • Players will learn sportsmanship, accountability and how to play the game of football.

  • Our 5th through 8th grade teams will build on what was taught in SEYFA. 

  • We will continue to work on the fundamentals and start to add in more advanced football skills. 

  • Players will continue to learn to play with their pads, making them more aggressive on the field and absorbing football knowledge.  

  • We will deliver a large quantity of fundamentally strong, aggressive, and football-smart players to the High School program.

Lutheran High School is continuing our partnership for the 2022 season. The Crusaders have been with RYS for over 20 years and we're excited to continue working with them this season. RYS plays league games through SEYFA.  Home games for RYS teams are played at the beautiful new facility at the SC Johnson Community Sports Complex at Pritchard Park in Racine.

Racine Lutheran is proud to partner with RYS, an organization that has served Racine's most valuable asset (it's Youth) for over 40 years.
